Digitizing Case Institution in Family & Civil Courts

Developed by Muhammad Yaseen Khan | A Public Interest Project

Introduction to the Institution Form

The Digital Case Institution Form is a free, AI-enabled solution designed to help court clerks, lawyers, and litigants systematically capture and generate legally formatted institution records. Built to handle both Urdu and English inputs, this tool follows court formats and integrates smart suggestions, QR-coded reports, dropdowns based on official categories, and jurisdiction checks.

This is a personal initiative developed outside official court hours without using any government computers or resources. The aim is to reduce paperwork errors, digitize legal procedures, and empower our courts with accessible tech solutions.

  • Generate a printable, legally formatted institution report (8.5x13 inch legal size)
  • Embed QR Code with metadata and Pakistan Standard Time

Developer's Note

This form was created with the goal of making court processes more transparent and tech-friendly, especially for overburdened clerks and rural litigants. All development was carried out independently on personal equipment during off hours.
